- Understanding the Effects of Financial Bonuses on Child Care Staff Retention – Wrote IRB for this study of a mid-Atlantic state’s randomized control design study of the effect of retention bonuses on the early childhood workforce; designed, programmed, and administered survey instruments in Qualtrics.

- Various Projects – Conducted item-level analyses of grade 2-8 summative assessment data for teacher-designed classroom modules; conducted qualitative analyses for research study of a mid-Atlantic state seeking to understand how best to revise descriptors on state achievement tests to be less negative; conducted qualitative analyses for a research study investigating the effect of culturally responsive reading assessments in a large urban school district; designed and implemented a professional development workshop series on assessment literacy for elementary school teachers in a large, urban district.

- Westminster Public Schools Full-Day Preschool RCT Study – Conducted student assessments; analyzed data using Stata and Excel; reported results from an RCT studying the effects of full-day preschool on measures of school readiness; wrote academic papers documenting results.

- Replication and Robustness in Quantitative Education Research – Coded characteristics of published studies that indicate they included robustness or replication elements.
- The Effects of Pre-K Curricula on Outcomes – Wrote the section of a literature review identifying effective pre-K literacy curricula for child and classroom outcomes in addition to a section describing how early childhood education research has impacted curricula development
